Account Executive

MSA is seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for daily activity for one or more of our growing accounts. Responsibilities

  • Handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients
  • Interfaces with internal agency departments to coordinate account activity
  • Receives client project briefings, compiles contact reports and distributes to appropriate client/agency personnel
  • Quickly and accurately relays client change orders to appropriate agency teams
  • Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals
  • Supports other client management team members
  • Keeps apprised of clients’ brands/products/services
  • Assists in developing client proposals, marketing plans, media and public relations plans
  • Responds promptly to client communications
  • Facilitates execution of approved marketing programs

Senior Account Manager

MSA is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to help lead the charge in making extraordinary things happen for our clients, their customers and our team. A clear vision of and commitment to quality, innovative solutions that deliver results is essential.

The Senior Account Manager will serve as a strategic point of contact for assigned agency clients. This position will have cross-functional responsibility to simultaneously:

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned agency clients and the associated account team members.

  • Direct and facilitate resources on cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategies and campaigns.

Project Manager – Marketing/Advertising Agency

We are looking to add a highly-organized, dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team.

From scope development, project planning, creative concepting, asset creation through final project production, delivery and billing, the Project Manager will ensure projects meet the highest level of quality, follow assigned deadlines and stay within budget. He or she will serve as the liaison between Creative and Account Management, Media and Accounting on all matters relating to schedules and budgets.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop overall project plans for all activities and initiatives for designated clients.
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects with scheduling tools and status reporting.
  • Closely collaborate with designated department teams and agency leadership.
  • Develop budgets and estimates for all client assignments and tracks actual vs. estimated hours throughout the process.
  • Set project milestones and timelines.
  • Manage the production work of the project team, keeping them on task, realigning work to meet priorities and scheduling needs.
  • Organize and set clear expectations for all project tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage project forecasting to ensure appropriate utilization of staff and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for production vendors, maintain relationships and negotiate fees. Confirm availability of vendor and escalate risk to leadership for sourcing new vendors as necessary.
  • Proactively seek out new vendors for both improved quality and greater value.
  • Help facilitate and implement a streamlined workflow of agency processes. Anticipate setbacks or opportunities for process and production improvement and proactively communicate with leadership when potential issues or opportunities arise.
  • Conduct and lead status meetings regularly with internal teams, ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project.
  • Facilitate proofreading and review all creative to ensure 100% production-ready files. If necessary, communicate with vendors to ensure production requirements are met.
  • Be passionate about delivering the best quality work but find ways of producing it that it does not jeopardize schedule and budget.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience
  • Advertising/Marketing agency experience
  • Production management experience a plus
  • Experience with Clients & Profits or other project management tools a plus
  • Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking

Digital Designer

MSA is currently seeking an exceptional Digital Designer. This individual will be responsible for and assist with the creation and development of all digital deliverables for our clients. The position will be tasked with providing effective on-brand, and on-strategy creative for banner ads (both animated and static), websites, web pages, email campaigns, social media creative, and video animation. The Digital Designer reports to the Creative Director and works closely with the Senior Art Director and Copywriter.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside other internal and external creatives to fulfill the role of digital designer
  • Translate strategic creative briefs into effective digital designs
  • Work with outside vendors to ensure reliable performance of digital deliverables
  • Manage and produce digital design for banner sizing and versioning
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
  • Possess strong client relationship skills
  • Stay current on best creative practices for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Work alongside the Creative Director to lead, guide and elevate the creative department
  • Work with account teams to provide accurate budgets and schedules for digital deliverables
  • Participate in new business development efforts
  • Provide design support to other team members to create graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar design deliverables that fall outside of the digital role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a marketing and branding agency
  • Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates client-focused solutions to marketing challenges
  • Ability to present concepts effectively and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience and knowledge of WordPress, HTML and HTML 5 animation, and basic Adobe CC products (Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience with Animate, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere a plus
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability

Account Management Intern

MSA is seeking a highly motivated intern to gain professional experience with our account management team.

You will work directly with the accounts team on a variety of tasks and projects related to the marketing industry. This internship is a great opportunity to get hands on experience in a fast-paced, agency setting.

Interns will support colleagues on a variety of account services, creative and media projects. You must be able to work effectively within different departments —with a “can-do” attitude— in completing an assortment of tasks, while learning a variety of new skills.

Interested candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills, be excellent verbal and written communicators, and have the ability to interact professionally in a professional business environment. These skills are required in order to manage the workflow of an agency environment where priorities change and adapt very quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry research
  • Write and edit content for various marketing collateral including, but not limited to, press releases and presentation materials
  • Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions
  • Assist in the management of company digital presence

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate degree program or greater in journalism, public relations, marketing, strategic communications or related field
